ORDER PROCESSING TIME
It will take 3-5 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

***At the moment, all Nestzones' products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.
For items that ship from our overseas supplier, (including most of our non-t-shirt, mug, and hoodie items) there is typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities oversea to the time it's processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 5-7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 days. ***
Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:
- IR Disputes/Strikes
- Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
- Large or Bulky Items
- Shipping Provider Error
- Natural Disasters
- Disease Outbreaks
If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us. If the transportation of the package is suspended due to the circumstances above, we will still process your order normally. However, it should take 10 - 20 extra working days for the order to arrive.
For the Secure Shipping option:
To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of the shipping on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.
USA (Mainland): 40 working days
USA (Other): 45 working days
Canada: 40 working days
Australia: 40 working days
New Zealand: 40 working days
UK: 45 working days
Rest of the World: 60 working days
For the Priority Shipping option:
Our Priority Shipping Service often takes 7-9 working days after processing to arrive. However, it can takes up to 16 working days to arrive. The Priority Shipping cost of the order that takes longer than maximum of 16 working days to arrive will be reduced to secured shipping option.
If for whatever reason your goods cannot arrive within 45 working days (USA), or 60 working days (Rest of the World) , your order will be replaced without any additional cost, or refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at within 6 hours. However, there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.
Due to the international shipping restrictions, products on our website are not available for the following countries:
- North Korea
Nestzones is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Nestzones will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Nestzones reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
How much does it cost?
We offer minimum shipping rates basing on specific orders, as well as free shipping on orders past a certain amount.
For giveaway items, the customer will be charged insured shipping & handling which varies depending on location.
Do we ship products internationally?
Yes, Nestzones serves as a global provider catering to customers across the world.
If I order multiple products, can they be shipped in the same package?
To reduce shipping delay for our valued customers, all products are shipped individually as soon as they are processed for shipping in our warehouse.
I’ve put down the wrong shipping info/size order/variant order! What do I do?
Prevention is this best protocol for this scenario. Please triple check that all information submitted is correct when following the purchasing process. If you do happen to make any error, please contact as soon as possible and we will try and correct the error. As our products are processed the day of the purchase submission, we cannot guarantee your purchase info will be corrected. All customers will be subject to re-purchasing the desired items if an error occurs.
Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded in full.
